From personalisation to delivery
Every prop is fictional and made for film, theatre and photography. Nothing we make is a valid identity or official document.

Choose a product and personalise it
Enter the fictional name, address and dates that should appear on the prop. These are separate from your contact and delivery details, and you can review them before adding the item to your cart.

Add as many variations as you need
Personalisation belongs to each item, so identical products with different details stay separate in your cart. Duplicate an item to reuse the same details, then edit whichever ones you want to change.

Check out securely
Payment is handled by Stripe's hosted checkout. Prices come from our server, so nothing in your browser can change what you are charged. If you cancel, you come straight back to your cart with all details intact.

Digital props are generated and emailed
Once your payment is verified we queue the file, then email you a secure link that expires. There is no permanent public URL, and we never send personal details in the link itself.

Physical props are made by hand and posted
Physical orders move through Awaiting production, In production, Shipped and Completed. You receive an update with tracking details when the item is posted. Production and delivery times will be published once confirmed.

Mixed orders deliver independently
If your order has both products, the digital item arrives without waiting for the physical one. The order is complete once every item is delivered.
