What we collect
Your email address, the personalisation details you enter for each item, and a delivery address when your order contains a physical item.
Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store them.
How we use it
To make and deliver your order, to contact you about it, and to keep the records we are required to keep.
We do not sell your details, and personalisation details are never included in links, analytics or advertising tools.
How long we keep it
Abandoned carts are deleted after 30 days.
Personalisation details and generated files are kept for 12 months so we can resend or reprint an order.
Order and payment records are kept for 7 years to meet Australian accounting requirements.
Access and deletion
Contact us to request a copy of your details or ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.
